The so-called Sensorium which, standing next to the local parish Church, welcomes participants to the seminars in the world of uncertainties, to immerse themeselves and discover, in complete darkness, a universe of senses, often enveloped in a haze of unawareness. As the eyes, which are often bombarded and wearied by visual stimuli, now in the dark take a rest, the other organs can now take over unconditionally thus opening the door to a surprising world of smells, shapes and textures.

„The Sciliar, the mountains, the valley, the square outside the church in Fiè, the blue sky: a wealth of visual sensation will engulf all those who keep their eyes open“. Whit these poetic words, in April this year, the creators announced the inauguration of the Sensorium in Fiè, during which, in complete darkness, very spezial and particular wines are tasted.
